| Q3. What is your MOQ and price? |
| >>For the stock socks, our MOQ is 10 pairs. For the custom socks, our MOQ is 1000 pairs per color/size/design for normal materials. For some special materials, the MOQ will increase accordingly. |
| >> Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity. |
| Q4. How about your sample fee and sample time. |
| >>If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect. |
| >> If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, the price will be based on the design. |
| >> Using available yarn in the market, sample time is about 7 days after design confirmation. |
| >> Using special yarn, sample time is about 7-15 days after design confirmation. |

| >> Lead time checking is based on deposit received and all order details being confirmed. Then we produce the socks. |
| >> If your order is below 500 pairs, our lead time is 5-7 working days. |
| >>If your order below 5000 pairs, our lead time is 10-15 working days. |
| >>if your order over 10,000 pairs, order lead time is around 25-30 working days. |
| Q6. What kind of shipping way can you offer? |
| >> We have different shipping ways can offer. |
| We can ship by Express (Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT), by air, by train, by truck, and by sea. We can use EXW/FOB/DDP methods depending on your needs. |
