Q1: Can you do customized designs and packaging?
A1: Totally acceptable. OEM service has been developed for many years, thank you.
Q2: What is your OEM service procedure?
A2: Confirm the artwork from the customer, to modify and then make the samples.
Making counter samples within 7-10 days. (We provide our samples for free but do not include the freight)
After the quality, price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
Confirm the shipment details of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
Q3: What is your MOQ and price?
A3:Our MOQ is 1000-2000 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy the quantity you need.
Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.
Q4: How about your sample fee and sample time?
A4: If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect, or you can send the express fee to us, and we will arrange to send it to you.
Using the available yarn in the market, sample time is about 5-7 days after design confirmed.
Q5: Would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement so that I can further decide to work with you?
A5: Yes. Of course. We would like to sign and keep our customers' profits and secrets. Without customers' permission, we never show customers' designs to the public.
Q6: Can you send products to my country?
A6: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own shipping forwarder, we can help you.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A7: By T/T, LC at sight, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q8: How can I place the order?
A8: First, sign the PI, pay the deposit, then we will arrange production. After production is finished, you need to pay the balance. Finally, we will ship the goods.
Q9: When can I get the quotation?
A9: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation.
