| Q2. What are your OEM service procedures? |
| >> Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples. |
| >> Making counter sample within 7-10 days. (sample fee required and will be refunded after the order) |
| >> After the quality, the price and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production. |
| >> After confirming shipment details of products and cargo inspection, the goods can be shipped. |
| Q3. What is your MOQ and price? |
| >> For the stock socks, our MOQ is 10 pairs. For the custom socks, our MOQ is 1000 pairs per color/size/design for normal materials. For some special materials, the MOQ will increase accordingly. |
| >> Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size, and quantity. |
| Q4. How about your sample fee and sample time? |
| >> If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect. |
| >> If you require your own design or if we do not have socks in stock, the price will be based on the design. |
| >> Using available yarn in the market, sample time is about 7 days after design confirmation. |
| >> Using special yarn, sample time is about 7-15 days after design confirmation. |
| Q5. How about your order lead time? |
| >> Lead time checking is based on the deposit received and all order details being confirmed. Then we will produce the socks. |
| >> If your order is below 500 pairs, our lead time is 5-7 working days. |
| >> If your order is below 5000 pairs, our lead time is 10-15 working days. |
| >> If your order is over 10,000 pairs, the order lead time is around 25-30 working days. |
| Q6. What kind of shipping way can you offer? |
| >> We have different shipping ways we can offer. |
| We can ship by Express (Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT), by air, by train, by truck, and by sea. We can use EXW/FOB/DDP methods depending on your needs. |
| >> When you provide your accurate address and order quantity, we can then check different shipping costs and lead times for you. |
